Osho: A Course in Meditation
Osho has been described as the most misunderstood mystic since Jesus Christ. He is outspoken and unafraid to handle the most delicate of subjects, from religion to politics to sex. Always coming from a unique point of view, Osho asks us to question our beliefs and accept that our unique lives are exactly as they should be.
Each day our narrator introduces a different subject pertaining to many puzzling aspects of life such as : living in balance, dealing with anger, how to slow down and living dangerously.
We begin with a narrator presenting an overview of the day. At the end of this portion you will hear Osho’s voice, recorded from his hundreds of discourses through the years.
The third and final part of each day reveals step by step instructions on how to do one of Osho’s active meditations. These exercises are not your usual 10-15 minutes of utter stillness, but involve your heart, mind and your body.
At the end of the meditation you will be asked to answer two questions in your personal daily journal – yours to keep. Then we will offer a thought for the today, to remind you of how bold a person you can be.
By the 21st day, you can learn how meditation is not separate, but an integral part of every moment of your life.
